Development
In the first phase of development, cooperation with the client is exceptionally important. Based on our common knowledge, we prepare technical drawings and all the necessary documentation. Our experts use DTC (design-to-cost) methods to ensure low production costs, an optimal range of processes, and high quality and reliability of the product.
Prototyping
Prior to batch production, it is important that we together test the mechanical performance, functionality, user experience and durability of the materials. To this end, we create a prototype that can be presented to pilot customers, and customize the product based on feedback.
Preparation for production and production
Once we agree with the client that the prototype is confirmed, we begin with the preparation and production of batch production tools. In this phase, we prepare everything necessary to start production as soon as possible.
