Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
Anyone who has an email account and agrees to the terms set out below may subscribe to free electronic notifications.
Subscription to e-notifications is voluntary and represents the legal basis for the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 10 in conjunction with Article 72 of the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/2007 with amendments; ZVOP-1) and Article 45a of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 98/04 with amendments; ZVOP-2).
Content of E-Notifications
Through free e-notifications, we inform you about current activities for customers and website visitors of G-M&M d.o.o., such as sales campaigns, discounts, special offers, and news.
The sender of e-notifications and the controller of the personal data file is G-M&M d.o.o.
I agree that my data may be used for:
- Telephone calls
- Sending email newsletters
- Sending offers
Data Processing
You receive e-notifications based on your voluntary subscription via the website, participation in prize draws organized by the controller, or other legal grounds where voluntary consent has been given.
By subscribing to e-notifications, the individual explicitly consents to G-M&M d.o.o. processing personal data for the purposes of targeted and direct marketing.
G-M&M d.o.o. may process the registered email address until consent is withdrawn or until the data is no longer required for its intended purpose.
All collected personal data will be carefully protected and used in accordance with ZVOP-1, solely for the purpose for which it was obtained, and will not be disclosed to third parties.
In accordance with ZVOP-1, you are entitled to access, transcription, copying, supplementation, correction, blocking, and deletion of personal data relating to you.
Unsubscription
In accordance with ZVOP-1, an individual has the right to request in writing or by other agreed means that G-M&M d.o.o. permanently or temporarily cease using personal data for targeted and direct marketing purposes.
The company will disable the use of personal data for these purposes within 15 days of receiving the request and notify the individual in writing or by other agreed means within an additional five days.
Each e-notification contains a “Settings” link in the footer where you can select the desired category. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving e-notifications, click “Unsubscribe” and follow the unsubscription procedure.
We Respect Your Privacy
The email address used for receiving e-notifications is stored and protected in accordance with ZVOP-1.
